Omega-3/6 fatty acids

These unsaturated fatty acids must be supplied through food, as the human body cannot produce them itself. They support a variety of vital body functions: brain function, immune defense, reduction of the tendency to inflammation, inhibition of blood clotting. Omega-3 fatty acids support mental performance and normal brain function. DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and to the normal development of the brain of unborn children and breastfed children when DHA is consumed by the mother.

Vitamins, minerals, trace elements

Vitamins B1, B12 and magnesium play a role in energy metabolism and vitamin E helps protect the body's cells from oxidative stress. B1, B2, B6 and B12 also contribute to normal nerve function. Zinc and iron contribute to normal mental performance.

Dosage & Preparation
For children and adolescents aged 4-9, we recommend one capsule a day, morning and evening. For adolescents aged 10 and over and adults, we recommend two capsules a day, morning and evening. The capsules should be taken with plenty of liquid. If you have difficulty swallowing, you can bite the capsule or mix the squeezed contents with other food.

Recommended dosage
We recommend taking it immediately before or with meals.
