omega-3 fatty acids
The omega 3 fatty acids DHA and EPA contained in Concentrix® are in the form of high-quality and particularly pure EPAX® fish oil from Norway. DHA contributes to maintaining normal brain function and normal vision. The positive effect occurs with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA.

magnesium

Dosage & Preparation
For children and adolescents aged 4-9, we recommend one capsule a day, morning and evening. For adolescents aged 10 and over and adults, we recommend two capsules a day, morning and evening. The capsules should be taken with plenty of liquid. If you have difficulty swallowing, you can bite the capsule or mix the squeezed contents with other food.

Recommended dosage
We recommend taking it immediately before or with meals.
